INFRASTRUCTURE

Availability of production resources of global standards, is the base for growth.

We have adequate covered area approximating to 70,000 square feet at different locations at Faridabad (Haryana), Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) and Aurangabad (Maharashtra) in use for production. Another vacant plot of 4500 square meters is available for future expansion.

We have a team of dedicated, experienced and motivated personnel to help company achieve its targets and goals successfully . Total manpower employed is approximate 160 nos. , of which 70 % are technically skilled.

At Chanda Enterprises, the production infrastructure is having a variety of Tube bending, Pressing, Fabrication, Surface Coating Operations for Automobile components and manufacturing of Home appliances.

Following manufacturing capabilities are available with us:-

4 Tube Forming:-

We are processing ERW/CEW/Cylinder bore tubes through the following operations:-

 • Tube cutting & chamfering with Auto Loader /Feeder with the capacities from Dia 15mm to 70mm upto     wall   thickness 4mm.

 • CNC tube bending from Dia 10mm to 63.5mm upto wall thickness 3mm. Swaging with Tungsten carbide     tooling from Dia 15mm to 63.5mm.

 • Hot Spinning of tubes from Dia 34mm to 70mm.

4 Pressing:-

We are processing CRC/HRC/Copper/Stainless steel sheets with various pressing operations on Mechanical/Pneumatic/Hydraulic power presses from 5 ton to 500 ton. Fine Blanking and Deep Drawing operations are our specialisation's.

4 Fabrication:-

We are fabricating components using MIG /Spot /Projection /TIG /Seam Welding, Brass Brazing etc. Special purpose arrangements are available for circular welding.

4 Surface Treatment:-

The company   has a well designed and fabricated Fully Automatic PLC controlled Tri Nickel Chrome Plating plant. Components upto 5 feet long can be Electroplated. We also do Alkaline Zinc plating, Zinc Iron plating with different passivations like Hexavalent Chrome and Trivalent Chrome. For Zinc Plating, a Rotomatic arrangement in a 11 Feet tank is used. Plating quality is controlled in the fully equipped QA Laboratory with destructive/non destructive tests based on JIS, ISO and DIN standards.

Auto conveyorised painting  plant for various colors  with fully equipped lab is also available with us.

4 Manufacturing Facilities for Home Appliances:-

We have 3 state of the art assembly lines for assembly of home appliances like Storage Water heaters and Air Coolers. All electrical tests are done on line on the job to get a trouble free, quality assured product from the assembly line itself.
